Irene Constantinou born in South Wales Cardiff started dancing from the age of 7, traveling with her sisters winning disco dancing competitions till the age of 16.

At 24 years old she discovered Salsa, it turned into the love of her life and still is, dancing most nights, travelling for classes being taught by the top teachers to Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, London, Coventry, Congress weekends and salsa holidays.

November 2003 Irene entered the Welsh salsa championships with her dance partner Joe Kyaw and won with flying colours.

After a teachers course she began teaching and performing. Irene has taught in many clubs and bars around Cardiff City Centre also many places outside including Community Centres, Fitness First Health Clubs, Pavilion in Porthcawl, Salsa Weekenders and many more. Recently Irene performed on a few t.v programmes - Pobol y Cwm & Come dine with me.

2011 Irene became a licensed zumba instructor and is now presently teaching salsa & zumba around Cardiff, in Fairwater Conservative Club, Ely Road, St Mary`s Church Hall, Whitchurch, Rhiwbina & Chapter Arts Centre, Canton.
