Although it`s a partner dance there`s no need to bring a partner, you can join the class anytime as new beginner steps are taught each week, absolute beginners welcome so come along and see how much fun it is.
Wear comfortable clothes & shoes with a smooth sole to enable you to spin easily.
Zumba is a latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class. It`s a fantastic workout for everyone, easy to follow non partner dance, includes different styles of the world such as salsa, merengue, bachata, greek, belly dancing etc.
Classes are based around Cardiff including Whitchurch, Llandaff & Rhiwbina.
